Jannah Hotels & Resorts has launched a new boutique hotel project in Abu Dhabi, called Happiness Island Resort.
The new Abu Dhabi beach resort is located on an island, two minutes away from Saadiyat jetty via boat. It features 26 two-bedroom villas, referred to as “Houses of Happiness”.
Each villa contains a kitchen as well as an outdoor terrace which leads directly to the beach. Each terrace is also separated by walls of greenery to offer privacy to each villa. The villas are also available on a year-long lease.
Commenting on the launch, Happiness Island Resort executive director Ashraf Ahmed said: “Happiness Island Resort offers a first-of-its-kind concept where relaxation meets sophistication in the United Arab Emirates. We are confident this is an offering that will quickly overtake the country as the place to be for not just families, but also for couples seeking a romantic getaway or a group of friends looking to recharge.”
The resort houses two swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool, and there is also an all-day dining restaurant, a teppanyaki restaurant, a beach lounge, “waterfall bar”, spa and kids play area on the island. The resort also has multi-purpose rooms that can be used for meetings.
