Having recently appointed a new general manager, Kempinski Hotel Ajman has hired Mohamed Al Bahrawy, as its director of sales and marketing.

With more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Al Bahrawy started his career in 2001 in Dubai.

An Egyptian national, Al Bahrawy completed his studies in the science of hotel management at the Misr University for Science and Technology in Egypt, and prior to joining Kempinski Hotel Ajman, he worked at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and Jumeirah, where he held senior sales roles.

Kai Schukowski, general manager at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, said, “It is a great pleasure welcoming Mohamed as part of our young and dynamic team.”

“With a strong network in the UAE and our key feeder markets, Al Bahrawy is maintaining the legacy and vicinity, whilst at the same time enriching the team with a fresh approach and outlook to rejuvenate our positioning and communicate the same to the market,” he added.

In his new role, Al Bahrawy will be responsible for looking after all aspects of the sales and marketing team, including groups and events.
