AccorHotels has opened the new Pullman ZamZam in Madinah, KSA. The new five star property is comprised of two towers, offering a total of 836 rooms and suites.

It is located 150 meters from Al Masjid an Nabawi, the second holiest mosque in Islam. The hotel is also located 15 minute drive away from Quba Mosque and Mount Uhud.

Commenting on the launch, AccorHotels Middle East MD and COO Olivier Granet said: “We are proud to introduce our Pullman brand to Madinah in time for the Holy Month of Ramadan and peak Umrah season, which will see millions of travellers enter Saudi Arabia to visit the two Holy Cities.
The new Pullman ZamZam Madinah follows the 1,315-key Pullman ZamZam Makkah which remains the largest property operated by AccorHotels worldwide.

“The consistently high demand registered in the Saudi market reveals a shortage of quality accommodation and a pressing need to develop the Kingdom’s hotel infrastructure across all segments, from luxury to economy. In line with the ambitious growth strategy that AccorHotels has set out for Saudi Arabia, we remain committed to helping the Kingdom diversify its offerings and cater to the evolving needs of its visitors.”

Tower A at the new Pullman Zamzam Madinah houses 321 standard rooms, plus three different types of suites (with 70, 80 and 140 keys respectively). Tower B houses 200 standard rooms and 25 suites. Inside the hotel, there are also four F&B venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a roof-top restaurant and a café lounge. There is also a terrace, and meeting room available.

The new hotel in Saudi Arabia is part of AccorHotels’ target to double its presence in the Middle East by 2020.
