Coral Beach Resort Sharjah distributed iftar boxes on the first day of Ramadan, as part of a hotel CSR initiative.
The iftar boxes were donated to taxi drivers and construction workers at a nearby mosque.
Team members from across the hotel helped to hand out the iftar boxes. A statement by the hotel said this initiative would be carried out throughout Ramadan.
Commenting on the initiative Coral Beach Resort Sharjah hotel manager Haytham Aziz said: "Ramadan is a month of giving and sharing our blessings with the less fortunate. Such activities are in line with our company's values of compassion and generosity. Throughout the Holy Month we have various charitable and humanitarian initiatives planned at the hotel."
