Cocktail Kitchen has partnered with Ripe Organic to in a new 'Organic Sundays' initiative.
The JLT-based restaurant and bar will offer a three-course menu using sustainable and organic produce from Ripe, sourced from its farms in the seven emirates and Oman, every Sunday.
Executive chef Javier Birman and his team's menu of organic dishes will change frequently and is priced at US$45 (AED165) per person for the three courses.
Cocktail Kitchen opened in Armada Blue Bay Hotel in JLT's cluster P in January 2016, owned by Giorgio Vallesi and John Gillespie, who met when they were working alongside one other in the marketing department at MII in Dubai.
Vallesi is the founder of artisanal beverage portfolio Limeline, and has also worked for Hakkasan Group in London and Okku Dubai, while Gillespie is the creator and managing director of beverage consultancy Tonique, and has previously managed Revolution Bars (in the UK) and overseen global beer brand Carlsberg.
