Damac Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts has been awarded the EarthCheck Design Certification.
Damac Properties managing director Ziad El Chaar said: "Achieving the EarthCheck Design Certification is a significant highlight in the project’s journey and reaffirms that Damac Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts adheres to the highest possible science-based standards. The project continues to make progress with superstructure works 100% completed and facade works 85% completed for all towers, and we are on track for completion next year.”
Last year, it was reported that the project would open in Q4 2016.
“From the design phase, through to construction and thereafter, the entire property complies with sustainability principles and best practices, ensuring safety for residents and tourists and reduced impact on the environment and making the property a great place to stay, visit, live and work in,” El Chaar continued.

Damac Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts is a hotel and residential complex, with four towers. Comprising 1,200 luxury serviced residences in three towers, the fourth tower will house the world’s first Paramount Hotel, featuring 823 guest rooms and suites.
