Wyndham Rewards has added 'member levels' to its loyalty programme, adding to the benefits that its members can take advantage of.
After overhauling the scheme last year, this new tweak has levels which now include: Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
“Devaluation is too often resorted to in today’s loyalty systems. This not only reflects the elements that are wrong with the reward programmes in the industry, but it also continues to be the driving force behind why Wyndham Rewards is once again breaking the mould,” said Josh Lesnick, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Wyndham Hotel Group.
"While other loyalty programmes find new ways to restrict their most loyal guests when they redeem, we’re doing the exact opposite and giving our members the very best: We help them benefit from our best hotels in our best locations with the best local experiences – 365 days a year for just 15,000 points.”

Members will now earn discounts on experiences curated by Wyndham Rewards’ “Adventure Agents”, when they redeem points across the world.
Benefits like 'go free Plus' and 'go fast Plus' are being introduced with the member levels and will be complemented by other advantages, including free Wi-Fi, late check-out, early check-in, room upgrades and welcome gifts.
