A quick service restaurant from Ukraine that serves healthy food has opened in Dubai, offering customers the chance to create their own salad or pasta dish from more than 40 different ingredients.

Salateira, located on the ground floor of the Business Central Towers (Dubai Internet City), also features a drinks station offering freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and milkshakes.

The 264.9m2 outlet also serves a number of items free of charge, including mint and lemon infused water, apples, and a mix of seeds, oil olive and balsamic vinegar to add to salads. 

Salateira can accomodate 118 customers seated and delivers food in partnership with Deliveroo. 

This is the first Salateira branch to launch outside of the Ukrainian capital of Kiev.
