Park Hyatt Dubai has appointed Adrien Piot as the property's new F&B manager.
Piot, originally from the south-west of France, has worked across many countries including Greece, Ireland, Australia, New Caledonia, and the UAE.
His previous experience in the UAE ranges from working with Habtoor Hospitality as a restaurant manager, and then with Emaar Hospitality Group from 2013 onwards until his current role with Hyatt Hotels.
One of his many tasks includes Traiteur’s relaunch as a "lifestyle destination", according to a statement.
