Rezidor, part of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, has signed three new properties in the UAE, two in Dubai and one in Ras Al Khaimah.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront and the Park Inn by Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island will open in Q2 2017. The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View is scheduled to go live in Q1 2018.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront is located within the Dubai Water Canal development and will comprise 432 rooms including designer suites. It will offer several F&B options, including one all-day dining restaurant and bar, a Makar Scottish bar, and the brand’s signature FireLake Grill House and Cocktail Bar.
The hotel will also have a pool, a spa, and meeting and conferencing facilities on a surface of over 1,000m2.
Also located on the Dubai Water Canal, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Canal View will offer 188 rooms and 16 suites, a meeting and conference area on a surface of 131m2, a business centre and a 341m2 banquet hall.

It will have four restaurants, one coffee shop, a selection of shops, a gymnasium on a total surface of 181m2, and views of the Burj Khalifa.
In Ras Al Khaimah, Rezidor is adding its first Park Inn by Radisson Resort on Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island. The beach resort, comprising two buildings, will offer 408 rooms including 24 superior rooms, family rooms and suites, one all dining restaurant, two restaurants, one lobby café and one lobby bar.
Extensive meeting and event spaces are planned, such as other facilities including a swimming pool and a spa.
