Three Dubai-based Deyaar properties, with a total of nearly 1,000 units, are to be managed by Millennium & Copthorne.
Dubai developer Deyaar will partner with hotel company Millennium & Copthorne to manage three hospitality projects; the Islamic hotel in Al Barsha, the Atria in Business Bay and Montrose in Dubai Science Park, according to local media.
“The new developments will provide convenient overnight, short-term and long-term hospitality options for business and leisure travellers to Dubai. We have chosen our locations based on convenient access to the major business and transport nodes, including malls, metro stations and offices,” said Deyaar CEO Saeed Al Qatami.

The three properties comprise 953 units in total, including one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments and four-star hotel rooms.
Millennium & Copthorne’s president and CEO, Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, said the deal would put the developer on track to reach its target of 100 hotels by 2020, Gulf Business reports.
