Royal Rose Abu Dhabi has appointed a new fitness instructor at the property’s in-house gym, Royal Rose Gymnasium.
New joiner Elvis Ndifor will head up the Fitness Department at the hotel.
Ndifor is a level three trained fitness instructor and personal trainer.
According to a statement by the hotel, his areas of expertise are body building and fitness, muscle pump, cross fit training, fat loss and weight gain paired with nutrition advice, aerobic and zumba.
