Leon Larkin speaks at the Great GM Debate Leon Larkin speaks at the Great GM Debate

During the Hotelier Great GM Debate, which took place on September 27 at Conrad Dubai, Leon Larkin introduced the International Association of Hotel General Managers to the delegates.

The association, Larkin explained, has been design to offer support, as well as career networking opportunities to GMs.

“Hoteliers seem to be notoriously bad at pension planning, I don’t know why,” Larkin began.

“One GM is losing his job globally every day. Three months’ severance doesn’t last very long. On average, a GM will be made redundant once in their careers.”

“There is strength in numbers, and we provide help for those who need it,” Larkin explained.
