Canadian national Kaesta Mcfee has been promoted from executive chef for Centro Capital Centre to cluster executive chef for Capital Centre Arjaan and Centro Capital Centre.
He has more than 20 years of experience, working in hotel chains in Singapore and Canada, prior to relocating to UAE.
Commenting on his appointment, Mcfee said: "I would like to thank my colleagues for their continual support and look forward to taking over this position.”

As a cluster executive chef, he will lead a team of 51 staff, who will assist him in day-to-day operations, with a portfolio comprising two all-day dining restaurants, a take away concept, a lobby lounge, and a bar.
Additionally his team will overlook dining for five meeting rooms at Centro and six at Arjaan, including outside catering requirements in the city, such as gala dinners.
