The Labranda Mares Marmaris is set to open in Turkey, as Labranda Hotels and Resorts’ 39th property in its portfolio.
The five-star resort is located by the shores of the Aegean Sea, and comprises 10 suites, 159 villas and 271 hotel rooms, at a total of 440 mostly sea-view units.
Meeting Point International, a subsidiary of FTI Group, has signed a ten-year rental agreement for the resort and expects to welcome the first guests by April 2017.
Meeting Point Hotel Management, the hospitality division of Meeting Point international, will rebrand the Mares Hotel as Labranda Mares Marmaris.
Meeting Point International CEO Roula Jouny said in a statement: “This is an all-year round resort for us. We are confident that the resort’s conference facilities, spacious rooms, spa and wellness centre, as well as its easy accessibility to both Dalaman and Bodrum airports along with the service expected by our guests, will attract local business conferences, events and meetings year-round in addition to the leisure market in warmer seasons."
The hotel has a main restaurant, which serves international cuisine. It also features an Italian pizzeria and a seafood restaurant, Meyhane.
The resort follows the all-inclusive programme, which offers a set of activities such as morning gymnastics, boccia, dart, rifle shooting, water gymnastics, archery, aerobics, mini-football, table tennis, tennis, fitness and a wellness centre.
Also part of the all-inclusive offering are the; evening shows, live music, and parties. To keep the kids entertained, the resort features daily kids animation, mini club, kids cinema, kids olympics, carnivals, kids disco and more.
The resort also features a main swimming pool, a slide pool and two children pools.
