California-based pizza chain Zpizza has relaunched in the UAE, under new management and with a redesigned look.
Located in Eros House, Barsha Heights, Dubai, Zpizza uses fresh hand-thrown dough and premium ingredients, such as part-skim mozzarella, certified organic tomato sauce, MSG-free pepperoni with no added nitrites or preservatives and 100% natural, non-GMO flour.
Zpizza’s Dubai franchisee Harsh Pancholia commented: “I’ve long been a fan of Zpizza since visiting an outlet in LA, and am very excited to undertake the project of zpizza’s relaunch.”
The brand was earlier represented in Dubai by restaurant operator 54East, with a branch in Dubai Marina. Owing to contract issues, Zpizza closed on October 31, 2015, and the franchisor reassigned the license in 2016 to Arabian Trading Agency under Pancholia’s food and beverage division – Arabian International Food.
