Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh has announced a culinary partnership with luxury hotel group Como Hotels and Resorts and Como Shambhala to host The Globe Summit Series.
This is a platform for chefs to share their expertise and is held under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh at the signature restaurant at Al Faisaliah Hotel, The Globe.
Como group executive chef Daniel Moran will host guests at The Globe restaurant between the November 20-26, during which they can participate in a cooking course or enjoy a special Como lunch menu, Como high tea or a fine dining à la carte dinner experience.
Hailing from Australia, Moran has been part of the Como team since 2000, starting out as head chef at Parrot Cay by Como in the Turks and Caicos Islands, before transferring to Metropolitan by Como in Bangkok.
Moran said in a statement: "I am excited to be working with the talented team at Al Faisaliah to introduce our unique Como Shambhala Cuisine for the first time to their guests.”
Al Faisaliah Hotel general manager Alexander Blair commented: “We are extremely excited to be continuing our series of visiting chefs at The Globe restaurant. Como Hotels and Resorts are renowned for their award winning resorts and cuisine. Sharing our culinary stage with Daniel is going to be a memorable experience for our guests.
