Dallmayr Kaffe has sponsored the Hotelier Express Summit 2016, in what it describes as the ‘ideal forum for hoteliers' to reflect on meeting customer expectations and boosting their bottom line, according to managing director Arnd Spinger.

“Hotelier Express Middle East Summit is one of the most important events in Dubai. It brings together hospitality professionals from across the Middle East’s mid-level, budget and serviced apartment market to discuss and debate the unique challenges and opportunities this sector possesses,” said Springer.

Commenting on the UAE’s budget and midmarket hotel industry in 2016, Springer said: “The growth of mid-market hotels is now essential to the success of the UAE's tourism vision. With improved airport capacity and infrastructure, expanding airline networks with a focus on low-cost carriers, emerging source markets in Africa and Asia, and the addition of new family tourist attractions, there is huge demand for affordable options.”

Speaking of the latest product launches from Dallmayr, Springer added: “We are always trying to keep pace with technology, bringing new machines to vending industry and operate them in Dubai with the finest coffee products. Our latest drinks are mixtures of two flavours, we mix white chocolate with brown chocolate, we mix chocolate with coffee and so on, and these drinks always get great feedback from the customers.”

Looking ahead to the future of this sector, Dallmayr plans to bring new technologies to its service, including touchscreens, machines with cameras that detect the face of the customer and remember previous orders, in addition to their commitment to make all vending services it provides fast and easy to use.
