Pulsar Foodstuff is developing new personalised products following its decision to begin ‘pushing heavily into the mid-range sector’ in 2017, according to general manager Stephen Bennett.

Bennett said: “It is imperative for Pulsar Foodstuff to support the Hotelier Express Summit 2016 as it will allow us to meet new potential customers, discuss their views and requirements for their properties.”

Commenting on the UAE budget and midmarket hotel industry in 2016, he said: “For us it has been exciting developing and sourcing products for this range. As it is new, we have had to research what is important for the mid-range sector. Although more price conscious, the hotels still require exclusive, high end products. We believe that we are able to offer some excellent solutions.”

“More or less all products being showcased at the Hotelier Express Summit are new launches from our company. We have plenty of new packs and designs, so we are confident of having a solution for all hotels.”

“We will also continue to promote our Gourmet Olive Market business throughout all UAE hotels and potentially into new shopping centres,” added Bennett.

Pulsar Foodstuff first started supplying the hotels of Dubai in 1997 – its portfolio now includes personalised minibar products, gourmet bar snacks, fresh olives from The Gourmet Olive Market, corporate gifts and children giveaways, hotel amenities, fresh italian coffee and airline snacks.
