Autograph Collection Hotels, Marriott International’s portfolio of independent hotels, has added a new boutique property to its collection: the La Ville Hotel & Suites in Dubai, UAE.
This property will be Autograph Collection’s second hotel to open in Dubai, joining Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa.
It comprises 77 rooms, 11 suites and 68 apartments, with neutral furnishings and contemporary art. The bathrooms have marble counter tops, a free-standing bath tub and a walk-in shower.
La Ville Hotel & Suites has three restaurants, a lobby café and rooftop bar, which are headed by executive chef Pedro Joaquín Arceyut Araya, while South African native, Juan Jacques van Huyssteen, oversees La Ville’s bar concepts as director of beverages.
The F&B concepts include: Chival, an all-day dining concept with healthy food; a steakhouse called Graze; a standalone wine bar called Grapeskin; rooftop bar LookUp; and the 24-hour Lobby Café.
La Ville Hotel & Suites general manager Markus Roeder said: "It gives me great pleasure to see La Ville open after an exciting journey to get to this point and I am very much looking forward to finally welcoming guests to experience the hotel."
