Media One Hotel has appointed Adele Malik as venue manager for its newly refurbished caféM.
With five years’ experience in the Dubai hospitality industry, Malik has worked in hotels in three different countries during her career.
Originally from the UK, she made the move to Dubai in 2011. Malik joins Media One from the Desert Palm Resort & Hotel where she was its multi-venue manager.
“I chose Media One for my next career move for its amazing reputation as a lifestyle hotel, and I am looking forward to the challenge,” she said in a statement.

Felix Hartmann, director of operations at Media One Hotel, added: “Adele’s vibrant qualities and plentiful Dubai experience will make her a great asset to the newly refurbished caféM.
"Our aim is to build on the regular clientele to this European style café bar and with her friendly personality we are bound to enhance the customer experience.“
