Four Seasons Resort Marrakech has a new executive chef at its helm: Thierry Papillier.

Previously with Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, Papilier joined the team at Four Seasons Resort Marrakech team on December 1, 2016.

Born and raised in Brittany, France, he first started cooking in his mother’s kitchen.

His experience in the industry spans regions such as France, Egypt and Mauritius. His career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts began in 2010, and he has also previously worked with Hilton Worldwide and First Arabian Hotel and Resort in Egypt.
