Les Clefs d'Or UAE is set to host an educational day programme on January 29, 2017 at the W Dubai - Al Habtoor City.
Titled 'cultural immersion' and aimed at GCC hotel concierges, the course will be presented by UAE-based Nasif Kayed, who is the founder & CEO of the Arab Culturalist, and concierges will get the opportunity to learn more about the culture and the heritage of the UAE.
The primary objective of the programme, according to an official statement, is to "establish and promote high professional and ethical standards among concierges of hotels around the GCC & the rest of the world".
Clefs d’Or (Golden Key) Concierges, recognised by the crossed golden keys worn on the lapels of their uniforms, are considered experts in their field and models for service excellence.
