The survey was launched in 2010, and since then has allowed the region's hospitality suppliers to share their experiences of the industry in the Middle East.

In 2016, many suppliers predicted there would be a softening on the market, and increased scrutiny and pressure on pricing, regardless of quality of product, with a focus on cost than quality over the next couple of years. This year, we'll find out if this has been the case.

While corruption, something we have previously talked about was an issue in 2016, it did not seem as pressing a concern as in previous years.

The Middle East hotel market is growing with a burgenoing pipeline, so Hotelier is aiming to compile a comprehensive report on the state of the hospitality suppy industry.

The Supplier Survey is completely anonymous and should take just 5-10 minutes to complete.

A full report on the results will be revealed in the March issue of Hotelier Middle East, and will also be reported online.
