The Capital Centre Arjaan based their results on key performance indicators that were based on guest and colleague engagement.

The hotel achieved a successful 78% score in the company wide colleague engagement survey which was 11% more than the target that was set. A score of 99% was achieved in a mystery audit survey that was conducted including all service related factors for the hotel and the property also achieved achieved an overall rating of 4.3 stars out of 5 stars on guest online surveys across all online channels such as booking.com, trip advisor where reviews are recorded.

Other than the above the hotel has consistently maintained occupancy levels of 80% and more overall in the year. Guests tend to pay a higher premium and choose stay with Capital Centre Arjaan over the competitors which has resulted in achieving the highest average daily rate against competitors along with high occupancies.

Capital Centre Arjaan general manager Enad Tannous said in a statement: “I am extremely delighted to see these positive figures which have set us on this upward trajectory from our launch phase. I would like to thank the hotel management for their whole hearted efforts for us to achieve this in a slow paced year and look forward to the same results for 2017”.
