Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi has appointed Jordan Annabi as its executive sous chef.

In his role, Annabi will oversee all culinary aspects of the Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi, from room service and catering to operations at its restaurants and bars and food amenities for guests.

Prior to his, the 30-year-old Scottish national worked as the chef de cuisine in one of the Jumeirah Group’s Abu Dhabi hotels.

Annabi has previously worked at the Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi as its chef de cuisine at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Market Kitchen restaurant for a period of 18 months.

Annabi’s work experience also includes stints as the head chef at Rosettes in Airds Hotel and Rosettes in Costley & Costley.

“We are pleased to welcome Jordan on board again, and are confident he will be a great asset to our culinary team. He brings years of valuable experience and we are sure with his creativity and hard work he will continue to be an integral part of the hotel overall success,” said the hotel’s general manager Ashraf El Siessy.
