Emaar Properties has unveiled a collection of branded residences in Dubai Marina, which will be part of the Vida Dubai Marina Hotel.
The residences share a range of amenities with the Vida Hotel and residents will be in close proximity to Dubai Marina Mall. The residences are also within walking distance to Pier 7, the metro and the tram, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road.
Located in levels 14 to 56, Vida Residences Dubai Marina will offer 360 one- to four-bedroom apartments and all units will have balconies with marina views.
Geometric lines with nautical references will be reflected in the architectural style and Miami’s art deco buildings has inspired the pastel colour scheme.
