Fairmont The Palm Dubai has announced the appointment of Enrique Gluckmann as assistant director of F&B.
Gluckmann brings extensive and international experience to the luxury resort.
Gluckmann, a Spanish national draws from experience across five different countries and has managed F&B operations in a variety of properties ranging from boutique hotels to large scale resorts and corporate city hotels. Gluckmann has also worked with a number of well-known international brands including Etihad Airways. Most recently, he led the complete outlet renovations of Siddhartha Lounge in 2016 as operations manager and F&B manager at Grosvenor House Hotel.
In his role at Fairmont The Palm, Gluckmann will oversee and assist with the strategic direction of their multiple restaurants — whilst implementing new procedures and assisting with the launch of new dining concepts, which are set to open later this year.
Gluckmann stated: “I am thrilled to be part of Fairmont family.
