Why is it important that you support the Hotelier Middle East: Executive Housekeeper Forum?
The forum is an important platform for us to showcase our constant innovation in products. UPI is constantly investing in R&D in ways to help improve products that we bring to the market and the service we offer. At this conference, we would like to introduce the housekeepers to our inventory model for the linen business.
What do you think are the main challenges facing housekeeping professionals in 2017?
The housekeeper faces an extremely high challenge of knowing where to stop cutting costs. They have immense pressure on reducing operating expenses but they need to keep in mind the consciences of quality.
What most excites you about the UAE hospitality industry in 2017?
We have had a great start to the year and also introduced a wide range of amenities available for the first time in the UAE.
