Pulled lamb pizza. Pulled lamb pizza.

The new menu follows Antonio Carluccio’s philosophy of minimal of fuss and maximum flavour.

Carluccio's executive chef for the Middle East, Christo Nortier, who designed the new menu, said in a statement: “The old menu was a beautiful compilation of traditions and tastes but considering the richness of Italian cuisine, it is essential to bring in more characters and new flavours to the menu.”

Served using a redesigned range of cutlery and crockery, the new sharing options feature freshly-baked Italian Focaccia, antipasti boards and crostini to share while starters include roasted pumpkin and burrata cheese, wild mushroom arancini and sicilian tuna carpaccio.

A choice of 21 new pizzas and pastas are available including gnocchi pomodoro and pulled lamb pizza plus the classic Carluccio’s dishes such as chicken and mushroom pappardelle have been refreshed.

Italian Seafood Stew, Ossobucco and Chicken Cacciatora plus a choice of sides including Braised Italian Beans with Smoky Beef Pancetta make up the mains. For dessert, Nortier recommends the Nutella Cheesecake, Chocolate Espresso Tart or the Chocolate Brownie with berry coulis and house made caramel popcorn.
