The Caterer Middle East Awards provides Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) with an important platform for our industry to promote Australian beef and lamb to the dynamic catering sector. The Awards allow MLA to reach an influential audience to reinforce the quality, taste and versatility of Australian meat which is strengthened by world class integrity systems that set our products apart. Our farmers, processors and exporters are committed to supplying safe, healthy and quality red meat to the Middle East.
For this reason, MLA has maintained an office in the region for 48 years and we value the trust and relationships formed through the Caterer Middle East Awards and has allowed MLA to continue investing in a four-decade strong presence in the market. MLA also continues to invest in education and resources for the foodservice industry on Australian beef and lamb cuts, cooking flavours, techniques and recipe development, in turn enhancing chef knowledge and end customer satisfaction.
What are you most looking forward to at the event in May?
Together with the Caterer Middle East Awards we have the scope to promote the positive story of how Australian beef and lamb is raised in natural, wholesome surroundings so it can be enjoyed by millions of loyal Middle Eastern customers. We are excited to see who, and what trends are emerging and how this flows on to award recognition in the foodservice and catering industry.
