Head chefs now have just under a month to voice their opinions with the Caterer Middle East Head Chef Survey 2017.
The annual survey provides a platform for top culinary professionals across the Middle East to share their views on pressing issues and the current state of the regional F&B industry.
The comprehensive study, which is now in its eighth year, is designed to give chefs a voice, and assess market trends, industry progress, potential future challenges and chefs’ overall views of F&B operations in the region.
The survey is anonymous and open to chefs working in both independent and hotel-based restaurants in the region.
To participate, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/headchef2017.
“As chefs are able to participate anonymously, this survey represents a rare platform where professionals in the region can voice their unfiltered opinions on the F&B industry.
“In previous years, the results have made for an interesting read so I urge all chefs to use this survey as an opportunity to be completely honest,” said Caterer Middle East editor Claudia de Brito.
The September issue of Caterer Middle East will feature an in-depth analysis of the results which will also be available online at www.hoteliermiddleeast.com.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
The deadline for the entries is Sunday, July 30, 2017.
