Bistro Des Arts will partner with French wineries M. Chapoutier and Billecart Salmon to host a one-off dinner on the occasion of Bastille Day.
The menu for the evening will deliver six French dishes, paired with wine to complement each flavour. Guests will be able to sample dishes such as the atlantic crab and avocado tartar paired with a glass of Belleruche white from the Rhone Valley, veal chop morel sauce and gratin dauphinois, paired with Crozes Hermitage red, and to finish — French shortbread with lemon and raspberries matched with Billecart Salmon Champagne Rose.
Bistro Des Arts is located on the Marina Promenade, with views of the water and a laid-back ambiance. The décor is reminiscent of a Parisian bistro with a casual-chic feel that aims to transport diners to the sidewalk cafes by the Seine.
