Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, Morocco, has introduced a golf academy for serious and amateur golfers.
The luxury resort offers several packages including collective training, individual packages, a junior golf school for children from six to 17 years of age and a junior golf summer camp, among many others. Private coaching lessons or week-long group courses for players of all skill levels are available. In addition, the resort also offers a team building platform to help players extend their golf knowledge, get to know its origins and rules as well as practice team games to enhance learning.
Alongside their professional golf coaches, Mazagan Golf Academy students can practise their swings with the help of video and golf swing analysis software from GASP Systems and a Flightscope golf ball tracking radar and golf simulator. Players can also analyse the flight of the golf ball in detail, which helps to customise their training sessions.
Mazagan Golf and Beach Resort's PGA-standard 18-hole, par 72 links-style golf course overlooking the Atlantic Ocean was designed by South African golf champion Gary Player.
