Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence has added a member to the hotel's planning committee, with the appointment of Emil Marcus as director of rooms.
He joins the team from sister property Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh.
Marcus started his Four Seasons career in July 2003. He worked in various capacities as PBX agent, concierge agent, concierge supervisor, assistant chef concierge, duty manager, night manager, guest services manager, front office manager and executive housekeeper and assistant director of rooms.
He has also undertaken several opportunities for task forces and has made contributions to other Four Seasons properties. In August 2013, Marcus assisted Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg in Russia. Then in November 2014, he was part of the opening team of Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg in South Africa. In July 2015, he was working at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and from October 2015 until March 2016 was assisting again at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg.
