Participants will have until midnight to complete the Caterer Middle East Head Chef survey.
“In the past, we have received some very candid responses because we never ask for participants’ names or for them to tell us where they work, so the results make for interesting reading.
“I’d urge all chefs to use this survey as an opportunity to voice their opinions,” said Caterer Middle East editor Claudia de Brito.
