Work on Ras Al Khaimah’s second Ritz-Carlton resort is scheduled to complete in Q4 2017, reports Construction Week Online.
UAE-based real estate conglomerate Al Hamra Group (AHG) is in the process of rebranding and renovating Al Hamra Village’s former Banyan Tree Hotel.
Once the $10m (AED36.7m) refurbishment is complete, the 32-chalet beachfront property will reopen as the Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach.
