Seven Tides has revealed to Construction Week that it is in the process of developing Seven Residences, a 14-storey residential structure on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The serviced residences may also consist of a boutique hotel.
Seven Residences will operate separately from Dukes Dubai, according to Hotelier Middle East Power 50 CEO Abdulla Bin Sulayem, who added that his team is mulling the possibility of creating an exclusive, small-scale hospitality offering within the building.
"We may keep part of the inventory, and convert it into a boutique hotel,” he revealed.
Located on a plot of land between Dukes Dubai and The Fairmont Palm Hotel & Resort, the project will boast 1,066 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom serviced apartments.
Construction work for Seven Residences commenced in September 2017, and the project is expected to complete by December 2019.
Seven Tides recently revealed to Hotelier Middle East that it is currently working on a new hotel plan that will be launched at Dubai's Jumeirah Lake Towers.
