MR Properties' new 500-key beachfront resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah will be managed by Hampton by Hilton, marking the entry of the hotel giant's mid-scale focused service brand into the Northern Emirates.

"Having operated our upscale DoubleTree by Hilton Marjan Island with MR Properties for nearly four years, we are glad to be partnering with them once more in bringing our Hampton by Hilton brand to Ras al Khaimah for the first time. Hampton by Hilton is a successful focused service brand with over 2,000 properties globally and its arrival is Ras al Khaimah extends the choice we are offering visitors to the Emirate, by providing an option in the value segment,” said Hilton vice president of development MENA Carlos Khneisser.

The new Hampton by Hilton in Al Marjan Island will showcase four F&B outlets, 450 metres of a private white sand beach, a 1,000 square metre pool and other recreational facilities including a children’s club, a health club and water sports facilities. An observation deck will also offer 360-degree views of the island.
