RoomOperations managing director Erkan Tatlidil has expressed his excitement over the UAE hotel industry, ahead of the company's participation at the Hotelier Middle East: Great GM Debate.
Talking about the firm's offering, he added: "RoomOperations is a hotel operational application that manages all back of hotel operations like housekeeping, engineering, inventory, assets, lost & found, guest and room requests.
"We’ve introduced Cognitive Services, which eliminates the language barrier enabling everyone to communicate in their own language."
Pointing out that UAE hotels have multi-national staff, he said: "We are excited that we can have everyone communicate and execute operations in one platform in their own language."
