Hotel supply solutions provider Unique Precise International (UPI) has highlighted an expanded range of newly introduced brands, as well as its own proprietary brands, for its Middle East hospitality clients at The Hotel Show 2017.

UPI business development and marketing manager Claudia Barua revealed that the company's selection for the show included product expansions from established brand Swiss Arabian, new brand launches such as Elle Spa and eco-friendly provider Lather from the US, as well as South Africa luxury premium range Charlotte Rhys.  Barua added that UPI is likewise placing an emphasis on its own new proprietary brands, such as classic line Windsor Arms and the more contemporary designed Apothecary, specifically for hoteliers who are more mindful of budgets yet still insistent on quality.

Swiss Arabian, a brand which Barua disclosed as having been in the market since 1947 and which was the first to collaborate with UPI to supply the Middle East hospitality industry, is highlighting its provenance in the region with its new line of bath amenities.

"Swiss Arabian wanted to provide a more authentic, cultural representation of the Middle East region so they have newly launched Swiss Arabian Musk and Swiss Arabian Nights," said Barua.

As for new brands in UPI's portfolio, Barua mentioned that the company has now included Elle Spa, the newly launched branded amenities collection by Elle fashion magazine. From the US, UPI also carries the organic eco-friendly label Lather, in bottle or tube packaging, as well as California Baby, an eco-certified brand designed specifically for children. She revealed that UPI is also the sole Middle East distributor for South African luxury spa and bath amenities range, Charlotte Rhys.

Aside from carrying an extensive range of regional and international brands, Barua said that UPI is placing an emphasis on its own proprietary brands: Apothecary and Windsor Arms.

"These are aimed at hotels which are more budget conscious but still insist on quality,"she said.

The Hotel Show 2017 took place in conjunction with Dubai International Hospitality Week from September 18 to 20 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
