Airbnb saw a record 421% revenue growth in Dubai to top US$3.3 million in August 2017 and the company's global expansion is set to hit a new milestone with the launch of it's first home-hotel hybrid concept in the US next year.

According to Tech Crunch, Airbnb is collaborating with development firm Newgard Development Group to build a 324-unit Airbnb-branded building in Kissimmee, Florida. Tenants in the building will be able to rent their apartments or individual rooms, exclusively on Airbnb, for up to 180 days of the year.

Airbnb said the Florida complex is expected to open in the first quarter next year.

The report adds that the building will be called Niido, powered by Airbnb. Niido hosts will also have access to an app to handle things like check-ins, cleanings and linens. Guests will also have access to an on-demand concierge, as well as luggage storage.

Bloomberg reports that Newgard will take a piece of profits generated from Airbnb rentals and plans to develop similar spaces in the Southeastern US.
