Adam Harvey has been appointed as the new director of operations at Hilton Al Ain.

Harvey has joined Hilton Al Ain as director of operations with more than 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, including 10 years in the Middle East. He joined Hilton in 2014 at Hilton Capital Grand Abu Dhabi and Hilton Abu Dhabi in the position of director of business development.

In his new role, Harvey will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the execution of the resort’s operational procedures, delivering key strategic initiatives for the recently started renovation, and ensuring a strong quality drive on service and product around the iconic first international hotel of the UAE.

Speaking about his appointment Harvey said: “Hilton is committed to delivering exceptional experiences – every hotel, every guest, every time. A British national, Adam Harvey holds a Diploma in Business Finance and graduated from the Hilton Shine 1 program, class of 2016.
