Toro + Ko the Barcelona-inspired tapas restaurant and bar at the The Square, City Walk, presents a Friday brunch with a Toro twist.
The brainchild of chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette, Toro + Ko will offer a selection of tapas, charcuterie boards and Catalan dishes, combined with a lively yet laid back atmosphere.
The modern yet rustic interior of Toro + Ko’s light upstairs lounge will set the scene with a central table, featuring Toro’s pintxos, cold meats, the finest Spanish cheese and a selection of bites including patata bravas and Grilled corn with espelette aioli circulating. The three courses served to the table include paella and churros to finish.
Adding the finishing touches are the old school hip-hop sound track celebrating 80’s, 90’s, and beverage stations serving Toro’s signature martinis and more.
Toro Brunch will launch on Friday, December 8 and will take place every Friday from 12 noon - 4.00pm.
