RAK Hospitality Holding (RAKHH) has appointed Ziad El Masri as managing director of two of its subsidiaries, Hakaya Collection and RAK Hospitality Logistics.
Lebanese national El Masri has more than two decades of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry across the MENA region.
Prior to taking on his current position, El Masri was head of F&B operations at Meraas F&B, where he led the operations of both franchised and home-grown brands, including the opening of the first ‘Last Exit’ food truck park.
He also held key positions at Alshaya/Starbucks, where he managed seven different countries across the MENA region during his 12 year-tenure.
El Masri earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The Lebanese University.
