Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has opened two new hotels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Radisson Blu Hotel Apartments Dubai Silicon Oasis and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City.
Tim Cordon, area senior vice president, Middle East, Turkey and Africa of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, said in a statement: "2017 has been a momentous year for the group with 20 hotel openings across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. We are further delighted to close the year with two exciting new hotel openings in Dubai, a key global gateway city and one of the world’s top travel destinations."
Radisson Blu launched its new serviced hotel apartments in the free zone and technology business hub of Dubai Silicon Oasis on December 19. The Radisson Blu Hotel Apartments features upper upscale accommodation, with a choice of 229 studios and one or two bedroom apartments, including full kitchen facilities, free high-speed internet and the majority of apartments with balconies.
The Larder’ restaurant is the hotel’s restaurant serving an international menu for lunch and dinner and with a variety of healthy options on the Radisson Blu Super Breakfast menu. The Lounge café provides the place to relax or to have casual meetings. The meeting and events space features three flexible meeting rooms, hosting up to 45 delegates. All meeting rooms offer natural daylight, separate buffet area, and modern meeting facilities.
The hotel also includes separate male and female outdoor swimming pools and gym facilities. Additional services include a children’s playroom and a 24/7 concierge service.

Park Inn by Radisson opened on December 21 in Dubai Motor City. It is the first hotel to open in the area and will be the closest hotel for the growing communities of Motor City, Sports City, Studio City and Arabian Ranches. Both of Dubai’s International Airports are 30 minutes away by car.
The Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City offers signature design features, including a vintage red Ferrari suspended from the lobby ceiling. The 146 sguest rooms and suites continue the colourful motor theme with views of the Dubai Autodrome racetrack and Dubai city skyline. The rooms include Apple TV, free Wi-Fi and headboards with colour-changing LED mood lights.
The Live-inn room restaurant is the hotel restaurant that continues the motor theme and serves variety of international dishes and the Park Inn breakfast daily. The hotel also has an outdoor rooftop swimming pool, fitness gym and three treatment rooms.
The hotel’s meeting and events space features four flexible meeting rooms each offering natural daylight, with the ability to host up to 200 delegates. A separate breakout area and up-to-date meeting technology and services are also provided.
