Park Hyatt Dubai is set to open its new F&B destination - The Promenade - in February 2018, with five F&B venues on offer.
Three new venues as well as The Thai Kitchen and Traiteur Brunch together form The Promenade.
The first new concept is the Normandy-inspired restaurant, Brasserie du Park, which is conceptually modelled after the town of Deauville, and offers alfresco seating with French dishes.
Nautical themed Noépe's interiors showcase a white and blue décor and al-fresco terrace. The natural produce of New England will be showcased through its dishes which are suitable for sharing, and house specialities such as homemade lemonade and ice tea as well as beverages from the world over will be on offer
Seventyseventy is a bar concept, modelled on the designs of the early 70s. Plush sunken lounge seating combined with accent lights and a working record player can be found in the venue, and signature cocktails will be on the menu.
