Campbell Gray Living Amman, located in the downtown area of Abdali in the capital city of Jordan, has completed work on its luxury designer residences.

The residences offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed by London-based studio, Martin Brundnizki Design Studio in collaboration with Gordon Campbell Gray. Developed by Al Seraje Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Audeh Group, Campbell Gray Living Amman is a mixed-use project offering residences, offices and retail space as well as a hotel scheduled to open in 2020.

The apartments have been handed over to the owners and the first residents have moved into the development. The apartments are semi-furnished with hardwood oak from Lebanon used throughout the open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas. The living rooms also features a built-in solid oak library, and Lutron’s smart home automation system.

In addition to having two hotel-style lobbies with a dedicated 24-hour concierge, residents can also make use of car valet services, dedicated underground parking, car wash, hair and beauty services. The residences are available fully furnished on request with bespoke furnishing from Martin Brundnizki Design Studio.

Campbell Gray Living Amman will also host a mix of luxury boutiques, cafes and restaurants as well as a rooftop leisure area, a private resort-style retreat with a heated infinity-edge pool, private cabanas, teak loungers, fire-pits, and jacuzzi.

The development will also include the five-star hotel, Campbell Gray Amman, due to open in 2020 which can also be accessed by residents via a private underground tunnel. All the hotel’s facilities including the rooftop pool, meeting spaces, ballroom, gourmet restaurants, spa and the private club lounge will be open to residents.
