Ajwa Hotel Sultanahmet has expanded and opened the first of the Ajwa Houses, offering accommodation for families.

The initial stage of the expansion plan is the 'Ajwa Houses' concept, comprising 10 houses. The first house, named Ajwa Houses 'The White Mansion', will be opened on April 15. The structures will be modelled after the classical Turkish home, most of which are three storeys high.

The layout of the houses follows trends seen over time, with the top floor more intricate in design, providing the main living space encompassing two bedrooms fitted with king size beds and a living room. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms, alongside the kitchen, equipped with the latest technology and appliances. The basement houses a shock shower, ice fountain, sauna, in-house hammam and relaxation room, all of which are part of the spa.

The 10 properties will each have their walls adorned with the works of renowned artists. The first house shall showcase masterpieces of Azerbaijani artist, Sattar Bahlulzade. Residents of the Ajwa Houses can access the varied facilities of the nearby Ajwa Hotel Sultanahmet, and can choose to occupy the homes for either short or long-term duration.

The houses are a short walk away from numerous key landmarks, including the Grand Bazaar, Haghia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Sultanahmet Mosque.
