Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, which is UAE’s first property under the brand, has opened its F&B outlet Seascape Restaurant on its premises.
The seafood restaurant highlights a ‘catch of the day’ section where guests can pick from a variety of fish including salmon, hammour, and king fish; and shellfish like lobster, crabs and prawns picked straight from the fish market in Ajman.
Guests are then given preferences on how they want their meals cooked with options ranging from grilled, fried, sautéed, oven-baked, steamed, tagine-style, and more. Additionally guests can also choose the marinade and dips such as herbs, spices, and sauces for the dish.
Seascape’s ‘catch of the day’ is charged per kilo, while a regular menu featuring a selection of pasta, salads, side dishes, desserts, and drinks are on the offer.
